Terms of Service
Refunds will only be provided on the following cases.
1. Your product is shown as defective and a replacement will not suit. We will determine whether or not a replacement will be suitable in your situation. If you have broken your product upon install we will replace it, but it will be up to the buyer to ship it back so we can replace it for them.
2. You were not sent all of your product and are requesting a refund. If for whatever reason you are missing product in your order and would like a refund instead of the product we can do so. All orders, prior to shipping, are photographed, to ensure quality in our shippers. We will reference this photo for you for accuracy.
We will accept returns on all bulb products at the buyer's shipping expense. You will be refunded upon return of the product. Please Contact us prior to sending your items back.
LED kits can only be returned unopened or unused. If your kit is open, but unused it is subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of that kit. If your kit has been used in any way it is not returnable or refundable.
We will send our replacement or missing items for your LED kit one time for free. Make sure to finish your install prior to requesting missing items. All requests after will be subject to an $8 shipping charge.
Limitation of Liability
TrueColor Protectors shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TrueColor Protectors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
